Cleanser

Dermaplaning Protocols
Dermaplaning removes the outer layers of dead skin cells and safely removes the Vellus hair known as “peach fuzz.” The immediate results are smooth, soft and more radiant skin. Extremely popular, dermaplaning treatments are safe for all skin types. The process is controlled by the skin therapist and can be extremely light or more aggressive, leaving the barrier of the skin vulnerable.
To protect the barrier of the skin, reduce any sensitivity, and minimize unwanted side effects, apply our most advanced product Recovery, abundant in S²RM® to the entire face immediately following a dermaplaning treatment. For additional hydration and rejuvenation, Skin Serum with S²RM® may be used after Recovery. Follow the serums with Intensive Moisturizer or Barrier Renewal Cream to promote barrier repair. The use of a chemical free sunscreen during the day is important after dermaplaning due to the gentle exfoliation of the treatment.
For ongoing daily care at home, use the gentle NeoGenesis Cleanser twice daily, followed by Recovery, Booster or Skin Serum. Apply to the entire face and neck, including around the eye area. When the eyes are in need of additional help due to dark circles and puffiness, apply the Eye Serum around the eye area. Finish with Light Moisturizer, Intensive Moisturizer or Barrier Renewal Cream to leave the skin hydrated and protected.
NeoGenesis protocol immediately after Dermaplaning treatment
- Gently cleanse the skin with the NeoGenesis Cleanser
- Apply 1 to 2 pumps of NeoGenesis Recovery serum to the face and neck, including the eye area
- Apply 1 to 2 pumps of NeoGenesis Skin Serum after Recovery, especially if the skin feels dry after the treatment
- Finish with Intensive Moisturizer or Barrier Renewal Cream
- Always wear a chemical free sunscreen during the day
*May continue with this protocol twice daily indefinitely
Using NeoGenesis post Dermaplaning; twice daily
- Gently cleanse the skin with the NeoGenesis Cleanser
- Apply NeoGenesis Recovery, Booster or Skin Serum to the face and neck, including the eye area. May combine any two of these if skin feels dry
- Apply a small, pea size amount of NeoGenesis Eye Serum using the ring finger to gently pat around the eyes
- Finish with NeoGenesis Light Moisturizer, Intensive Moisturizer or Barrier Renewal Cream
- Always wear a chemical free sunscreen during the day
